Love My Plan Support. I can’t recommend them highly enough. As someone who is both a participant and has worked in the sector, I have a good understanding of the NDIS and the rules. Previously I have self managed, which I am capable doing when things are going well, there aren’t any problems and my support providers invoice correctly. But this takes a lot of my energy and can be stressful when rules change or providers don’t invoice correctly. I love My Plan Supports portal when I can see everything clearly. I can see the progress of all my invoices which is great if any of my providers need an update and I am able to approve each invoice individually- quickly and easily. I can also check my budgets and see what is left in individual categories. This provides me with a high level of choice and control. It is also allows me to use my funding wisely and effectively with recommendations of how much I need to spend each week. I can clearly see my provider funding allocations. If ever I have any questions Courtney my plan administrator is only a phone call, text or email away. Or I can request a call via the portal. And when Courtney is on leave I can see who is covering for her on the portal and their contact details at any time.
